The idea of creative art in and out of an abandoned building inspired me. It woke up my travel periods from West to East Coast Metropolis in the Americas. Some of Asia and Cuba its imbedded too. Most importantly infused by the local community and the innovative renovation crew.

It took 15 years of emptiness and voidness to grasp some meaning. The penny-less estate value ramped up in a year to a purposefully habitat for the community given access to the sky-high. The club message is rooted deeper into the spiritual advocacy.

None the less it is the trendy artistic stories from the local neighborhs and the spark
of nature growing in a concrete jungle that took the meaning of creative through the art to the next realm.

And the sea its the main guest of honor 🌺🤙🏾♥️🌱
